Here are Our Milestones

Plan Started
Around the year of 2010, we were at our house , spending time outside, playing games inside, and enjoying a Summer afternoon as a family. All of a sudden, our father tells us that he wants to do something that just came up on his mind. He tells us: “Lets pretend like this is a restaurant and let’s each have a role to do. -
Building Dreams
First, we have to decide who’s going to be the chef, the waiter/ waitress, and who will wash dishes. I will be the boss, so I will check for all of you to do your job correctly. Your mother will pretend to be our first customer, so make sure we do the food.” -
Planning
Later on in 2014, our father told us that we were going to open up a restaurant. You were very excited because it seems like a dream, but it was so real that we again, went along with our parent’s plan. -
Opening
We talked about the pros and cons of having a restaurant and how we should all work together to make this dream come true the same way we made our “home” come true. Finally, July 7, 2014, came along, and we opened the restaurant which we named “El Pulgarcito.” -
First Steps
All of us were working together and coming up with ideas on how to attract more people to come try our food. On the first day, it didn’t go so well because we only had about three customers. -
Success
This, however, didn’t bring our hopes down because the let us know that we needed to have patience and faith in God so we can have more clients and be successful business. Now, we are a very successful business and we know that as long as we have faith in God, we will always be a successful business.
